A little about me...

I’m a graphic designer living and working in New York City. In general, I like to keep my life fairly simple and infused with creativity, i.e. music, books, movies, and theatre. Here are a few other facts:

I play drums.
U2 is the best.
I've been wearing the same anklet for 11 years.
Tea is delicious.
So is wine.
I ran in a relay from Miami to Key West.
Lord of the Rings... so good.
I'm half Dutch.

I have worked as a freelance designer on high-profile projects for clients such as Makoto Fujimura, Handi-Lift, Cervical Cancer Action, Red Rooster Harlem, and IOS Photo.

Lure Design, Inc.
2010
As a summer intern, I assisted in the screen printing of posters and other products. I learned how to efficiently and consistently manage a production run, and gained experience in mixing custom inks and selecting paper stock.

Freelance Designer
2006–present
I have worked for the Regent University MFA Acting Program, Conveyor (band), and Yugoskavia! (band), among others.

Ligature is the annual design symposium and exhibition at the University of Florida. The event was curated by Debbie Millman, Emily CM Anderson, and Nikolay Saveliev in 2010, and by Jessica Walsh, Michael Hendrix, and Joel Speasmaker in 2011.
