Laser-etched journals

These small, one of a kind journals were made for my relatives while they were expecting. I silhouetted their images and paired each with a common phrase that children can often hear growing up. Etching the designs on a journal, I facetiously juxtapose the demands of parenthood against the importance to record special memories.
